Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. She started participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was 17 years old when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Within a year she earned her Pro Card at age 17. She became the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of 2009. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent the first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place in the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. In three months she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any goals. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. She usually does bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving into exercises. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way feasible. Converting all the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she does.
